80 minutes

80-Minute Stretch Session

An extended session with room to slow down and work deeper into the muscles and fascia, for long-lasting improvements in flexibility, posture and movement quality.

Chapter 01

For chronic tension and a full reset

The 80-minute session is the longest on the menu at Living Full Circle in Chandler. Dawn describes it as giving your body “the time and attention it truly deserves.” It is an extended, thorough, full-body stretch focused on releasing chronic tension, improving mobility and restoring balance from head to toe.

It is meant for clients who want a more comprehensive experience, enhanced recovery or a complete reset. If you have carried the same tightness for a long time, or you have tried shorter sessions and found yourself wishing there were more time, this is the length to book.

Camillia Phillips wrote in her five-star Google review that finding “someone who knows the body, who cares, and who is skilled is so rare.” An unhurried session is where that kind of care has the most room to show.

How 80 minutes are spent: slower, deeper, head to toe

The extra time changes how the session feels. Dawn can slow down instead of moving on, and with 80 minutes she has room to address multiple tight areas rather than choosing one or two. The stretching stays assisted throughout: you rest on the padded table while she moves and holds each position.

Because there is more time, the work can go further in. In Dawn's words, she is able to “work deeper into the muscles and fascia.” That is what separates the longest session from the shorter ones: not more stretches in a hurry, but more patience with each one.

Anne Padilla described what she noticed in her review: Dawn “identifies the root cause of the tension and works to release the tension.” Listening for the cause, and not only the sore spot, is easier when no one is watching the clock.

Chapter 03

What lasts after you leave the studio

The aim of the long session is lasting change in how you move, not just a good hour on the table.

Dawn's own description of the result is “long-lasting improvements in flexibility, posture, and overall movement quality,” and that you leave feeling “open, relaxed, and rejuvenated.” Those are the outcomes she builds the 80 minutes around, and they are why she suggests it for anyone wanting a complete reset.

Anne also wrote that after her visit she “had the most relaxing and quality sleep I've had in a long long time.” Every body is different, so read that as one client's account rather than a promise. At $110, the 80-minute session is by appointment, so call (480) 369-4111 to find a time that works.

“Expect to be amazed at her work.” Anne Padilla, Google review
