50-Minute Stretch Session
A full-body assisted stretch to release tension, increase flexibility and improve your overall mobility, with time to address tight areas and correct imbalances.
Chapter 01
Full-body time for stiffness, soreness and limited range of motion
The 50-minute session is the full-body stretch at Living Full Circle in Chandler. Dawn describes it as personalized, designed to release tension, increase flexibility and improve your overall mobility, with time to do it properly rather than in a rush.
It suits anyone dealing with stiffness, soreness or limited range of motion, and anyone who wants to improve recovery and performance. Joe Sirimarco came to Dawn as a runner whose muscles were “tight almost all of the time especially after a race,” and he now writes that he is able to “go from running 10k's to half marathons and in August my first ultra 55k.”
You do not need to be racing anything to book it. The reasons for a longer stretch are often ordinary ones: a desk job, a new workout routine, a shoulder that has been grumbling for weeks, or simply a body that feels stuck in a pattern.

How 50 minutes are spent: head to toe, tailored to that day
In 50 minutes there is room for a complete sequence from head to toe. Dawn starts by asking what your body is telling you today, because last week's tight hip may be quiet and this week's neck may be loud. Then she builds the session around the answer.
On the padded table she takes each area through assisted stretches, holding and guiding every position so the muscle can release without you fighting it. There is time to stay with the tight areas and also to notice imbalances, such as one side moving more freely than the other, and work on correcting them. In her words, the aim is to help your body “move the way it's meant to.”
Luke Morgan, who had only ever had massages before, wrote that “through the stretching and fascia work it was clear that she was also very in tune with what was going on in my body.” That attention is what makes a full-body session feel personal instead of generic.
Chapter 03
Making it part of a routine, and when to step up
Stretching works best when it is part of how you look after yourself, not a one-off fix.
Luke Morgan, a lifetime athlete who said he wished he had done this sooner, wrote: “I will be adding this to my monthly routine without hesitation.” A standing monthly visit is a reasonable way to use the 50-minute session, and at $80 it is easy to plan around.
When you want more time than 50 minutes allows, step up to the 80-minute session. It is the better choice if the tension feels long-standing, if you want Dawn to spend longer on the muscles and fascia, or if you simply want an unhurried hour and a bit. 50 minutes on the dial
On a 60-minute ring, this session nearly closes the circle, which is why it works as the full-body option. Sessions are by appointment at 855 E Warner Rd, Suite 100, Chandler.
