25-Minute Stretch Session

A focused assisted stretch to target specific tight areas, improve mobility and help you move more comfortably, especially when you're short on time.

Chapter 01

A quick reset for the one or two places that lock up

Most people do not need a full hour on the table every time they feel tight. Sometimes it is one stubborn spot, a lower back that grabs after a long drive or hips that will not loosen after a day at a desk. The 25-minute session at Living Full Circle in Chandler is built for exactly that.

Dawn describes it as a focused assisted stretch for specific tight areas, and her list of usual suspects is short: back, hips, legs and shoulders. You tell her which one is nagging at you, and the whole session points at it. It works as a brief tune-up, a mid-day reset or targeted mobility work when you are short on time.

At $40 it is also the easiest way to find out what assisted stretching feels like before you commit to a longer visit. You lie on a padded table at 855 E Warner Rd and Dawn does the moving, so your own muscles get to rest instead of working through the stretch.

How the 25 minutes are spent

The session opens with a quick check-in. Dawn asks where you feel tight and what you have been doing lately, then picks her starting position. There is no long intake and no full-body tour, because the time is short and it should go where you need it.

From there she moves you through targeted stretches on the table, holding and guiding each position so the muscle can let go. You are not pushing against her or trying to hold yourself in place. Your job is to breathe and tell her when something is too much or not enough.

Kenda Daria, one of Dawn's Google reviewers, put the heart of it simply: Dawn “really listens to what is going on when you discuss your pain points with her.” In twenty-five minutes, that listening is what keeps the session aimed at the right spot.

Chapter 03

What it feels like to get up and walk out

Leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

That is the point of the short session: you walk out and carry on with your afternoon, your errands or your workout. It fits into a lunch break or the gap between appointments, since it takes about as long as a coffee stop.

If everything feels stiff, or one side feels different from the other, the 50-minute session is the better fit. It has the time for a head-to-toe sequence and for correcting imbalances. Call (480) 369-4111 and ask Dawn which length suits what you are feeling.
