25, 50 or 80 Minutes: How to Choose Your Stretch Session
Three session lengths, three prices, one simple way to decide between them.

Living Full Circle offers assisted stretch sessions in three lengths: 25 minutes for $40, 50 minutes for $80, and 80 minutes for $110. If you are booking for the first time, the choice can feel like guesswork. The good news is that the right length usually comes down to two questions: how much of your body needs attention, and how much time do you have. Here is how Dawn describes each session, and how to match one to what you need.
The 25-minute session: a quick reset for $40
Dawn calls this one “perfect for a quick reset.” It is a focused assisted stretch designed to target specific tight areas, improve mobility, and help you move more comfortably, especially when you are short on time. The areas she names are the back, hips, legs and shoulders.
Think of it as a tune-up. Twenty-five minutes is not enough to work through your whole body, and it is not meant to be. It is enough to give one or two trouble spots real attention. This is a good fit if you know exactly where it hurts to sit, stand or reach, or if you want a mid-day reset that fits inside a lunch break. It is also a smart way to try assisted stretching for the first time without committing a big block of your day.
The 50-minute session: full body for $80
The 50-minute session is a full-body, personalized assisted stretch. Dawn describes it as designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and improve your overall mobility, with time to take care of tight areas and correct imbalances. It is aimed at anyone dealing with stiffness, soreness, or limited range of motion, or anyone looking to improve recovery and performance.
The extra time matters. In 50 minutes, Dawn does not have to choose only one or two places to focus. She can work through the whole body and then return to the spots that need more. If you carry tension in more than one area, say a stiff neck and tight hips, or sore legs plus a tired back, this is usually the session that makes sense. For most first-time clients who are not sure what they need, it is a comfortable place to start.
The 80-minute session: going deeper for $110
The longest session is for people who want the most thorough version. According to Dawn, it allows for “a deeper, more thorough full-body stretch, focusing on releasing chronic tension, improving mobility, and restoring balance from head to toe.” With the extra time, she says, “we're able to slow down, work deeper into the muscles and fascia, and support long-lasting improvements in flexibility, posture, and overall movement quality.”
This is the session for tension that has been hanging around for a long time, for a body that feels tight everywhere, or for a day when you simply want to give yourself the time. Dawn describes it as a fit for clients wanting a more comprehensive experience, enhanced recovery, or a complete reset for the body. Eighty minutes is also the least rushed of the three, which some people find is exactly what they need to let go.
A simple way to decide
- Choose 25 minutes if you can name one or two tight areas, you are short on time, or you want to try a session before committing to a longer one.
- Choose 50 minutes if tension shows up in several places, or you want a full-body stretch without setting aside most of your afternoon.
- Choose 80 minutes if you are dealing with long-standing tightness, want to slow all the way down, or want the most complete session Dawn offers.
If you are still unsure, go by the clock and the calendar. A short session you actually book beats a long one you keep putting off. You can always go longer next time, once you know how your body responds.
You can tell Dawn what you are after
Whatever length you pick, the session is shaped around you. Dawn says every session is customized to your unique needs, so the minutes are a frame, not a script. When you call, mention what has been bothering you and how much time you have. She can help you think through which length fits.
